"Rusty Mule" Cocktail
Ingredients:
  • 60.0 ml Rusty Horseradish Liqueur
  • 15.0 ml Lemon juice
  • 120.0 ml Ginger beer
  • Ice Cubes
  • Garnish: lime wedge and beet slice
Instructions:
  • 1. Fill a copper mule mug or highball glass with ice.
  • 2. Add rusty horseradish liqueur and lime juice.
  • 3. Top with cold ginger beer and stir gently.
  • 4. Garnish with a lime wedge and thin beet slice.

"Beet the Heat Martini" Cocktail
Ingredients:
  • 60.0 ml Rusty Horseradish Liqueur
  • 15.0 ml Dry Vermouth
  • Dash of celery bitters (optional)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Garnish: thin beet ribbon or horseradish shaving
Instructions:
  • 1. Add rusty horseradish liqueur, vermouth, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
  • 2. Shake briskly and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • 3. Garnish with a beet ribbon or a fine curl of horseradish.

"The Garden Burner" Cocktail
Ingredients:
  • 45.0 ml Rusty Horseradish Liqueur
  • 15.0 ml Dry gin or cucumber-infused vodka
  • 15.0 ml Lemon juice
  • 90.0 ml Tonic water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Garnish: cucumber ribbon and fresh dill
Instructions:
  • 1. Build in a tall glass over ice: liqueur, gin, and lemon juice.
  • 2. Top with tonic and stir gently.
  • 3. Garnish with a long cucumber ribbon and sprig of dill.
