"Prune Face" Cocktail
Ingredients:
  • 30.0 ml Prune Liqueur
  • 40.0 ml Bourbon
  • 15.0 ml DeKuyper Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 15.0 ml Lemon juice
  • Pitted Prune and Lemon Zest Spiral for Garnish
Instructions:
  • 1. In a glass, add the ice cubes and pour in the bourbon.
  • 2. Stir until the ice begins to slightly melt.
  • 3. Add the plum liqueur, triple sec, and lemon juice.
  • 4. Stir gently to combine.
  • 5. Garnish with a lemon zest spiral and a pitted prune on a skewer.

"Prune Mezcal" Cocktail
Ingredients:
  • 15.0 ml Prune Liqueur
  • 60.0 ml Mezcal
  • 20.0 ml Lemon juice
  • 15.0 ml Monin cherry syrup
  • Maraschino cherry

  • 1. In a shaker, combine mezcal, lemon juice, cherry syrup, and plum liqueur.
  • 2. Shake well with ice until chilled.

"Prune Negroni" Cocktail
Ingredients:
  • 15.0 ml Prune Liqueur

Ingredients:

  • 3.0 tbsp granulated sugar, for sugar rim (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp silver dust, for sugar rim (optional)
  • 125.0 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 90.0 ml Light rum
  • 1.0 sprig Fresh thyme
  • 180.0 ml Champagne, Prosecco, or sparkling water
Instructions:
  • 1. (Optional) Prepare the sugar rim: mix sugar and silver dust on a plate. Dip the rim of a glass in grapefruit juice, then in the sugar mixture. Set aside.
  • 2. In a shaker, combine grapefruit juice, plum liqueur, light rum, and thyme (if using).
  • 3. Shake with ice for 30 seconds to chill.
  • 4. Strain into the prepared glasses.
  • 5. Top with champagne, prosecco, or sparkling water.
  • 6. Serve immediately and enjoy the festive flavors!

"Velvet Prune Manhattan" Cocktail
Ingredients:
