Amber Orchard Sour Cocktail

Crisp, smooth, and a little nostalgic — a classic sour built around ripe apple and gentle spice.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Apple Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
• 1 Egg white
• Apple slice and ground cinnamon for garnish
• Ice Cubes

Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients without ice first to emulsify, then shake again with ice.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with an apple slice and a light dusting of cinnamon.
