Blue Over Red Highball Cocktail

The most visually striking drink on the table. Vivid crimson at the base, rising through lemonade into a sapphire-blue top — a photograph in a glass. As guests drink the layers mingle into extraordinary shades of purple.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Cranberry Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Blue Curaçao
• 0.75 oz Vodka
• 3 oz Lemonade
• Ice Cubes
• Blueberries and fresh cherry for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
2. Pour Lyubomiroff Cranberry Liqueur over the ice and let it settle for a moment.
3. Stir Blue Curaçao and Lyubomiroff Vodka together in a separate small glass.
4. Hold a bar spoon just above the surface of the cranberry layer, curved side up, and slowly pour the Curaçao and vodka mixture over the back of the spoon.
5. Finally add lemonade the same way — down the inside of the glass very gently to preserve the gradient.
6. Garnish with a cocktail pick of blueberries and a fresh cherry.
