Fireside Orchard Cocktail
Velvety dried-fruit richness from prune liqueur. Comforting orchard sweetness from cider and honey/maple syrup. Balanced brightness from lemon. Deep warmth from port and cinnamon. This works beautifully as a holiday season cocktail — like mulled wine’s elegant cousin.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Prune Liqueur
- 90 Spiced Apple Cider
- 15 ml Tawny Port
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 7 ml Honey or Maple syrup
- Garnish: cinnamon stick + dried prune (or dried fig)
Instructions
- Warm the apple cider in a saucepan with a cinnamon stick until steaming.
- In a heatproof mug, combine Lyubomiroff Prune Liqueur, port (if using), lemon juice, and honey/maple syrup.
- Top with the hot cider and stir gently.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dried prune or fig on a cocktail pick.
