Kupala Night Cocktail

Complex, slow, and worth the wait. Lyubomiroff Prune Liqueur with orange juice, aromatic bitters, and an expressed orange peel — a drink for later in the evening, when the conversation has quieted.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Prune Liqueur
• 20 ml Orange Juice
• 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
• Orange Peel for Garnish

Instructions

1. Pour Lyubomiroff Prune Liqueur, fresh orange juice, and aromatic bitters over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass.
2. Stir slowly for twenty seconds.
3. Express a wide strip of orange peel over the glass — hold it skin-side down and squeeze firmly to release the oils — then drop it in.
