Prune Colada Royale Cocktail

A luxurious Caribbean twist on the Piña Colada. The prune liqueur adds a deep dried-fruit richness to the tropical blend of pineapple and coconut, while spiced rum gives it a warm island kick. Creamy, exotic, and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Prune Liqueur
  • 40 ml Spiced Rum
  • 50 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15 ml Coconut Cream
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge + toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add prune liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and spiced rum with a scoop of crushed ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes.
