Prune Colada Royale Cocktail
A luxurious Caribbean twist on the Piña Colada. The prune liqueur adds a deep dried-fruit richness to the tropical blend of pineapple and coconut, while spiced rum gives it a warm island kick. Creamy, exotic, and indulgent.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Prune Liqueur
- 40 ml Spiced Rum
- 50 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Coconut Cream
- Crushed ice
- Pineapple wedge + toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, add prune liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and spiced rum with a scoop of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes.
