Prune Highball Cocktail

Light, refreshing, and surprisingly sessionable. Lyubomiroff Prune Liqueur lengthened with lemon juice and soda water — the depth of dried fruit made bright and easy to drink.

Ingredients

• 45 ml Prune Liqueur
• 15 ml Lemon juice
• 120 ml Soda or sparkling water
• Plum slice and lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add Lyubomiroff Prune Liqueur and fresh lemon juice.
3. Top with soda water and stir gently once.
4. Garnish with a plum slice and lemon wheel.
