Vodka Sour — Cherry Twist Cocktail

The vodka sour, given real fruit backbone with Lyubomiroff Cherry Liqueur — a soft rosy-pink pour under the egg-white foam, tart and cherry-forward rather than a typical citrus-only sour.

Ingredients

• 45 Vodka
• 30 Cherry Liqueur
• 25 Lemon juice
• 7 Simple syrup
• 1 Egg white
• Angostura bitters and brandied cherry for garnish
• Ice Cubes

Instructions

1. Add Lyubomiroff Vodka, Lyubomiroff Cherry Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker (no ice yet).
2. Dry shake hard for 15 seconds to build the foam.
3. Add ice and shake again for 10–15 seconds.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a brandied cherry and a light dash of Angostura bitters drawn through the foam with a toothpick.
