Orchard Old Fashioned Cocktail

Deep, mellow, and spirit-forward, with dark rum complementing the liqueur's caramel, maple, and oak character. Flavor profile: Rich, woody, gently spiced.

Ingredients

• 40 ml Apple Liqueur
• 60 ml Dark Rum
• 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
• Orange peel for garnish
• Ice Cubes

Instructions

1. Add 60 ml aged dark rum, 40 ml LYUBOMIROFF Amber Orchard Apple Liqueur and 2 dashes aromatic bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 25–30 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. Express an orange peel over the drink and use it as garnish.
