Cherry Blossom Fizz Cocktail
A light, elegant spring cocktail — refined for perfect sweet-tart-effervescent balance
Ingredients
- 30 ml Cherry Liqueur
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 90 ml Dry sparkling wine or Prosecco
- 7.5 ml Simple syrup
- Garnish: 1 fresh cherry, 1 lemon wheel
Instructions
- Chill the glass: Place a champagne flute in the freezer for 5 minutes, or fill with ice water while you prep. A cold glass keeps the fizz alive longer.
- Build the base: Discard the chilling ice/water. Add 20 milliliters fresh lemon juice and 7.5 milliliters simple syrup directly into the flute and stir briefly to combine — this prevents over-dilution later.
- Add the cherry: Pour in 30 milliliters Lyubomiroff Cherry Liqueur. The layering order (acid first, then liqueur) keeps the wine from going flat when it hits..
- Top with fizz: Gently pour in 90 milliliters dry sparkling wine or Prosecco down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.
- Garnish & serve: Perch 1 fresh cherry, for garnish on the rim and lay 1 lemon wheel, for garnish alongside. Serve immediately — no stirring needed.
