Spicy Cherry Paloma Cocktail

A bold Mexican-inspired twist on the Paloma. The cherry liqueur adds sweet depth to the tart grapefruit and lime, while chili-salt brings a spicy kick. A fiesta in every sip.

Ingredients

• 40 ml Cherry Liqueur
• 40 ml Blanco Tequila
• 15 ml Lemon juice
• 100 ml Grapefruit Soda (Jarritos or Fresca style)
• Chili-salt rim
• Garnish: Lime wedge and red chili pepper

Instructions

1. Rim a highball glass with chili-salt.
2. Fill with ice and add cherry liqueur, tequila, and fresh lime juice.
3. Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a chili pepper.
