Golubka (Dove) Cocktail

A bright and refreshing cocktail combining tequila, grapefruit, and honey liqueur. With a salted rim and fizzy soda, it balances tart, sweet, and savory notes—perfect for summer or a lively gathering.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Tequila
• 60 ml Soda or sparkling water
• 40 ml Honey Liqueur
• 60 ml Grapefruit juice
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Salt
• Grapefruit slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Begin by preparing the glasses: rub the rim of each glass with a grapefruit wedge, then dip the rims into salt on a flat plate to create a salted rim.
2. Fill each glass with ice cubes.
3. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine tequila, mead liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice.
4. Stir or shake well to mix the ingredients.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and top with soda water.
6. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and serve chilled.
