Horseradish Bloody Snap Cocktail

A bold and savory cocktail that elevates the classic Bloody Mary with horseradish liqueur for a spicy kick. Balanced with tomato juice, lemon, Worcestershire, and a hint of hot sauce, it’s a savory, eye-catching drink garnished with celery, pickles, or horseradish root.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Horseradish Liqueur
  • 120 ml Tomato juice
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Hot sauce (optional)
  • Pinch of Sea salt & cracked black pepper
  • Ice Cubes
  • Garnish: celery stalk, pickle spear, or horseradish root sliver
  • 5 ml Olive brine

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass generously with ice.
  2. Pour in the Horseradish Liqueur, then the tomato juice.
  3. Add lemon juice, olive brine, Worcestershire, and hot sauce.
  4. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  5. Stir gently but thoroughly to combine all flavours.
  6. Garnish with a celery stick, lemon wheel, and olive skewer. Serve immediately.
