Honey Berry Fizz Cocktail

Fresh strawberries and raspberries give natural fruit sweetness while soda water keeps the drink lively and refreshing. Approx. ABV: 6.5%.

Ingredients

• 30 ml Honey Liqueur
• 3 pieces Fresh strawberries
• 4 pieces Fresh raspberries
• 15 ml Lemon juice
• 75 ml Soda or sparkling water
• Ice Cubes
• Strawberry half, fresh raspberry, and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

1. Gently muddle strawberries and raspberries.
2. Add honey liqueur and lemon juice.
3. Fill shaker with ice and shake briefly.
4. Double strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
5. Top with soda water.
6. Stir gently.
