The Signature Red, White & Blue Cocktail
Three layers. One glass. The Independence Day drink. Cherry liqueur red at the base, coconut cream white in the middle, Blue Curaçao on top. Do not stir — the visual is the entire point.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cherry Liqueur
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 tbsp Whole milk
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao
- Blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Thin the coconut cream by stirring in one tablespoon of whole milk per ounce until pourable but still dense.
- Pour Lyubomiroff Cherry Liqueur into a chilled straight-sided glass.
- Hold a bar spoon just above the surface and slowly pour the thinned coconut cream over the back of the spoon so it floats on the cherry liqueur without sinking or mixing.
- Repeat with the Blue Curaçao over the coconut cream layer.
- Garnish with blueberries and a small flag pick.
- Serve immediately — do not stir.
