The Signature Red, White & Blue Cocktail

Three layers. One glass. The Independence Day drink. Cherry liqueur red at the base, coconut cream white in the middle, Blue Curaçao on top. Do not stir — the visual is the entire point.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Cherry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 tbsp Whole milk
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • Blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Thin the coconut cream by stirring in one tablespoon of whole milk per ounce until pourable but still dense.
  2. Pour Lyubomiroff Cherry Liqueur into a chilled straight-sided glass.
  3. Hold a bar spoon just above the surface and slowly pour the thinned coconut cream over the back of the spoon so it floats on the cherry liqueur without sinking or mixing.
  4. Repeat with the Blue Curaçao over the coconut cream layer.
  5. Garnish with blueberries and a small flag pick.
  6. Serve immediately — do not stir.
