Ingredients

• 30 ml Honey Liqueur
• 45 ml Peach nectar
• 20 ml Lemon juice
• 75 ml Soda or sparkling water
• Ice Cubes
• Fresh peach slice and thyme sprig for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a stemmed glass with ice.
2. Add honey liqueur, peach nectar, and lemon juice.
3. Stir thoroughly.
4. Top with sparkling water
